Stationary Slip Fit Single Pulley Fiberglass Truck Top

For converting or replacing the top pulley for external halyard flagpoles. Long lasting molded fiberglass construction. Designed to slip into a 2" inside diameter flagpole, held in place by drilling through the pole and securing the truck to the pole. No bolts included.
